Venue adapts for each performance style.  Styles may range from Coffee House (Primary) to Mini Modern Outdoor Concert

• Location Ayer Ma. (NW of Boston Just outside 495))
• Neighborhood off Sandy Pond
• Staging 5’X10’ leveled 6” platform
• ​Expected Audience, up to  50  mostly from the neighborhood
• Complete Lighting and Sound capability 
• Green Room/Artist Lounge and "Meet the Artist" hospitality areas
• Promotional Table for Business Cards, Fliers, etc.
